Coffee

We offer two types of coffee beans: Arabica and Robusta.

Arabica beans are known for their smooth, mild flavour and delicate aroma. Our Specialty Blends and Single Origin coffee beans are 100% arabica.

Robusta beans have a stronger, more bitter and intense flavour. Our Nanyang coffee is roasted with robusta beans.

We source our coffee beans from a variety of countries around the world. This allows us to offer our customers a wide selection of coffees with unique flavour profiles. 

Some of the countries where we source our coffee beans include (but not limited to):

  • Brazil
  • Columbia
  • Guatemala
  • Ethiopia
  • Papua New Guinea

Each origin contributes its own distinct characteristics to the flavour profile, from the bright acidity of Ethiopia Guji to the rich cocoa notes of Brazil Cerrado. We invite you to explore our selection of coffee beans and discover the world of flavours that await.

Store your coffee beans in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. This will help to preserve its freshness and flavour. Grind your coffee beans just before brewing to maximise its flavour and aroma.

Shipping & Delivery

Free delivery is available for orders above S$50. For orders below S$50, a flat shipping rate of S$3.99 will apply.

Surcharge fees may apply for deliveries to certain areas, including Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island, and certain CBD areas.

Please allow 2-3 working days for order processing before your order is shipped. Delivery day and time will be determined based on your region.

We currently offer shipping within Singapore. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future. Please check back for updates on our international shipping availability.

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe for a secure and convenient payment experience.

Currently, we only offer delivery options for our orders. We will continue to evaluate our fulfilment options and may introduce self-collection in the future.

Order & Retunrs

You can track your order status by logging into your account and visiting the “My Orders” section. Here, you will find detailed information about your order, including its status, tracking number, and estimated delivery date.

Unfortunately, order cancellations or changes are not possible. However, if you encounter any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us at hello@sumocoffee.com.sg, and we’ll be happy to assist you. We understand that circumstances may vary, and we can make concessions based on a case-by-case basis.

We accept returns for items that are damaged or defective, provided the damage or defect is not due to shipping. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Include your order number and the reason for your return in your email. We will review your request, and provide you with instructions on how to return the item. 

Please note that each request is subject to approval, and any additional shipping costs will be borned by the customer.
