Originating from the humble beginnings of a local coffee merchant that found its footing in the 1950s, the brand has evolved into a timeless and enduring entity, surpassing the limitations of time and generations. Its founder played a pivotal role in shaping the vibrant Nanyang coffee culture of Singapore during that period. Driven by a deep-seated passion for coffee, he not only laid the foundation for a humble brand, but also established the groundwork for a lasting family legacy that continues to be upheld today.
Moving forward to the 1980s, when the second generation of our family steered the business towards a new chapter. This period witnessed the brand's expansion into supplying coffee to a multitude of local kopitiams, accompanied by a meticulous honing of our bean-roasting expertise. The brand became synonymous with the rich and authentic flavours that defined Singapore’s traditional Nanyang coffee.
