S’mores Latte

Ingredients:
- 1 shot of Robust Specialty Blend espresso (or 1/2 cup of strongly brewed coffee)
- 1 cup milk (whole milk or your preferred milk alternative)
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup or Nutella
- 1 tablespoon marshmallow syrup
- Toasted mini marshmallows for garnish
- Crushed graham crackers for garnish
Instructions:
- Brew a shot of espresso or make a strong cup of coffee using the Robust Specialty Blend.
- In a saucepan or using a milk frother, heat the milk until it’s warm and frothy. Be careful not to scald the milk.
- In a large mug, combine the shot of espresso (or coffee) with the chocolate syrup and marshmallow syrup. Stir well to ensure the syrups are evenly mixed.
- Froth the warm milk until it has a creamy and velvety texture. You can use a milk frother or simply whisk the milk vigorously.
- Pour the frothed milk into the mug over the espresso and syrups, holding back the foam with a spoon to control the pour.
- If desired, top foamed milk with toasted marshmallows and crushed graham crackers. Serve immediately. This adds a delightful crunch and the flavour of the classic s’mores.
- (Optional): If you want an extra chocolatey kick, you can drizzle a bit more chocolate syrup over the whipped cream.
